Onne van der Weijde

Onne van der Weijde is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in senior management roles across the construction and cement industries. Currently serving as Senior Adviser to the CEO and President for Europe & Asia at CRH since January 2018, Onne has previously held positions such as Managing Director and CEO at Dangote Industries Limited and Ambuja Cements Ltd, as well as Area Manager for India at Holcim Ltd. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President at Holcim and Chief Financial Officer at ACC Limited. Onne's career has been supported by a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor's degree from The Hague University, along with ongoing education in a Senior Management Program at Harvard University.
