Paul Valentine

Paul Valentine has over three decades of experience in finance and leadership roles within prominent organizations, primarily at CRH since May 1993, where currently serves as CFO for Americas Products, overseeing finance for a segment with sales exceeding $5 billion. Previous positions include CEO for Oldcastle Architectural's Masonry and Hardscapes division, with a focus on full profit and loss responsibility and substantial sales management across the US and Canada. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at Deloitte & Touche, leading audit teams and managing financial engagements for diverse clients. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, ranking third in Ireland for the Professional 3 Exams and holding a California CPA designation.
