Pierre Rose is a Continuous Improvement Manager for Europe South & Nordics at CRH since October 2016, overseeing performance improvement projects and leading Industry 4.0 initiatives, including machine connectivity, operational dashboarding, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Prior experience includes serving as a Performance Improvement Engineer within the Europe Lightside division at CRH, where significant savings and operational excellence were achieved through various projects, lean principles, and plant reviews. Previous roles include Specialist in the Faurecia Excellence System at Faurecia, focused on implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and a Lean Manufacturing Intern at Airbus, where a master’s thesis concentrated on Value Stream Mapping and process optimization. Pierre holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and an Engineering degree from Centrale Lyon.
