Rachael Hicks

Rachael Hicks is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Senior Manager Group Tax Reporting - Interim and European Tax Director at CRH since April 2019. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of UK Head of Tax at Tarmac from March 2013 to April 2019, overseeing all tax areas within the UK CRH group, including compliance, reporting, and advisory. Rachael's earlier experience at Tarmac also includes a role as Senior Tax Manager from December 2003 to March 2013, where responsibilities encompassed managing various tax affairs.
