Sharon O'Brien

Sharon O'Brien has extensive experience in executive remuneration and rewards, currently serving as a Senior Manager at CRH since June 2017, following roles as an Executive Reward Manager and Compensation Analyst. Prior to CRH, Sharon worked as a Reward Specialist at International Financial Data Services from April 2016 to June 2017 and held a position as an HR Analyst at State Street from September 2014 to April 2016. Sharon's career began at AIG, where Sharon served as an HR Officer from October 2006 to September 2014.
