Siobhan Dowling

Siobhan Dowling is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global VP Talent and Development at CRH since July 2015, Siobhan has held multiple senior roles there, including Global Director of Talent Management and HR Director for Global Talent & Senior HR Business Partner Corporate Functions. Prior experience includes roles at Accenture from May 2007 to June 2015, where Siobhan specialized in human capital strategy, leading significant organizational change projects, and enhancing operational efficiency. Earlier positions include Learning and Development Officer at CPA and Recruitment Coordinator at PwC. Siobhan holds a Higher Diploma in Business Executive Coaching from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BA Hons in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
