Tess Hageman

Tess Hageman currently serves as the Legal & Compliance Director for Europe Nordics & Benelux at CRH, a position held since November 2019, after previously acting as the Legal & Compliance Director for Benelux & Sweden. Prior to this role, Tess Hageman was a Compliance Manager for the Netherlands and the Benelux region at CRH from September 2017 to September 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Legal Counsel & Compliance Manager at Metro Cash & Carry B.V. (Makro) from 2013 to September 2017, and as a Legal Advisor at Croon Davidovich Advocaten from 2008 to 2013. Tess Hageman holds two master's degrees from the University of Amsterdam in Labor Law and Private Law, and completed the professional training program at Stichting Beroepsopleiding Bedrijfsjuristen from 2015 to 2016.
