Thomas Donoghue

Thomas Donoghue serves as Vice President at CRH, driving innovation within the global construction value chain to promote safer and smarter infrastructure. Prior to this role, Thomas held multiple positions at Bechtel Corporation, including Global Head of Operations & Innovation, where Thomas launched Bechtel's impact-focused enterprise, and Senior Business & Venture Manager, responsible for global business and venture activities. Additionally, Thomas contributed to McCann FitzGerald as a Legal Solutions Architect and had a successful tenure at Bechtel involving major projects like Hamad International Airport. Educationally, Thomas is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at IE Business School, supported by a strong academic background in Quantity Surveying and various executive education programs.
