Alona Gian is an accomplished technical program manager with extensive experience in managing software engineering teams and complex technical programs. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Program Manager at Cribl since April 2023, Alona previously held the position of Technical Program Manager - Lead for the Machine Learning Fleet at Google, where responsibilities included overseeing a $10 billion machine learning infrastructure. Alona has also directed global teams at Extreme Networks, Zebra Technologies, and Motorola Solutions, focusing on software release management and customer-oriented projects.
