Hash Basu-Choudhuri has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various companies and roles. Hash started their career as a Database Developer at Dun & Bradstreet International, where they worked on maintaining data integrity and homogenizing disparate database systems. Hash then joined Sybase as a Professional Services consultant, enhancing their technical knowledge of Sybase products. At Attachmate, they served as a Pre-Sales Consultant, building Proof of Concepts and working with Fortune 500 companies in the finance, retail, and government sectors. Hash then joined Kana as a Pre-Sales Engineer, delivering solutions and improving customer interactions using KANA's CRM package. At CA (Computer Associates) Wily Technology Division, they worked as a Systems Engineer. Their career at Splunk spanned several roles, including Sales Engineering Manager and Director positions in various regions. Hash served as Director of Technology & Innovation (APAC/Middle East) and General Manager, EMEA at Cribl. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Emerging Markets & APAC at Cribl.

Hash Basu-Choudhuri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cardiff University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Hash also has an MBA in General Management from Sheffield University Management School, completed from 1999 to 2000.
