Leonardo G. has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Leonardo started their career as a Business Class Support Representative at Comcast in 2007. From there, they worked as a Service Desk Engineer at SMaRT Technology Services, Inc. for two years before joining Chicago Public Schools as a Technology Coordinator and Network Administrator in 2010. After seven years with the school district, Leonardo moved to Intercom where they worked as an IT Experience Specialist, taking on various responsibilities such as managing user accounts, overseeing audio/video systems, and providing IT support and training.
