Lexi Baldisseri

Lexi Baldisseri, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience that spans over 17 years. Lexi is currently the Director of People Operations at Cribl. Prior to that, they worked as a People Operations Consultant at Whatnot, where they led various projects including internal mobility, employee engagement surveys, and HR knowledge management. Before Whatnot, Lexi held the role of People Operations Consultant at CommerceHub, where they managed projects such as HRIS selection, people analytics, time away programs, and ticketing system configuration. Lexi also served as the Director of People Operations and HR Business Partner at CommerceHub, overseeing the transformation of the People function and implementing new processes and programs. Earlier in their career, Lexi worked at Google as a Human Resources Program Manager, Facebook as a Human Resources Program Manager and People Operations Lead, and Playdom as a Human Resources Specialist. Lexi began their career at Palantir Technologies and the University of Miami, holding positions in recruitment, events coordination, and orientation services. Lexi Baldisseri, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration & Student Affairs from The Ohio State University (2004-2006). Lexi also has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Redlands (2000-2004). In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Texas at Austin - Center for Professional Education (CPE).
