Ann Dillon has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ann started their career at Bartholomew & Dillon, Inc., their family's home furnishing design business, where they worked in design, sales, and marketing. Ann joined the company in 1970 and stayed there until 1995.

In 1985, Ann Dillon worked as a Designer at IDG Communications until 1995.

In 1993, Ann Dillon became a Designer/Owner of their own business, creating handcrafted polymer clay and beaded jewelry. Ann has been a juried member of the League of NH Craftsmen since 2001.

Then, in 1995, Ann Dillon started working at Cricket Media as an Art Director. Ann designed one of their award-winning magazines for children and also oversaw production for all of the magazines. Ann worked on book and ebook design and production as well.
