Linn M. is the Senior Vice President, International and Operations at Cricket Media. Prior to their current role, Linn served as the IT Enterprise Applications responsible for delivery and support of Information Technology business strategy, applications and methodology for DC Water from January 2008 to December 2012. In this role, they were an innovative leader responsible for critical business support applications across DC Water IT $20M/yr budget, managing a team of over 20 individual Project Managers, Developers and Business Analysts.

Linn owned production support, upgrade and project schedules for multiple internal and COTS applications in support of DC Water business activities, including Automated Meter Reading (AMR), MS Sharepoint 2010, Lawson Financials, Geographic Information System (GIS), Interactive Voice Response, Website, and Primavera tools. Linn also directed the successful implementation of multiple website redesigns and major functional enhancements including industry renowned Social Media activities, ground breaking web based Mobile applications related to customer engagement, and site content and navigation.

In addition to these accomplishments, Linn developed and implemented PMO functional structure, based on PMP and ITIL guidelines, including key measurement and response tactics leading to improved project management, system support and delivery. Applying the PMO structure, they personally managed multiple diverse projects, including major AMR system upgrade and enhancements, entire MOSS2010/Sharepoint Intranet design and deployment, Primavera (P6 and Contract Manager/CM) acquisition and
