Lee Germon

Lee Germon is a seasoned sports executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the cricket and rugby sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Cricket NSW since February 2019, Germon previously held the position of General Manager at Sydney Thunder from July 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities included enhancing community and fan engagement, driving commercial success, and increasing match attendance. Before that, Germon was CEO of Canterbury Cricket from March 2008 to July 2017 and CEO of Tasman Rugby Union in New Zealand from September 2005 to March 2008. An alumnus of the University of Canterbury, Germon also graduated from Christchurch Boys High School between 1982 and 1986.
