Leigh Kearney

Leigh Kearney currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Cricket NSW, a position held since 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles in human resources at Techfront Australia as Head of People and Culture from 2018 to 2020, and at Leighton Group - Leighton Properties as General Manager, Human Resources from 2010 to 2017. Leigh's HR expertise encompasses previous positions at Accru Financial Services, Suncorp, and AMP, along with significant responsibilities at GIO, where various roles spanned from General Manager Human Resources to Operations Manager. Leigh Kearney is currently pursuing a Master of Positive Psychology at CQUniversity and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Newcastle, along with a Graduate Certificate in Management from Western Sydney University.
