Ross Hepburn

Ross Hepburn is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both the not-for-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Chair of Cricket Victoria since September 2022, Hepburn has also been the Chairperson of South East Community Links since its formation in late 2015 from three amalgamated community organizations. Previous roles include Independent Chairperson for the Southern Region at Cricket Victoria (2011-2018), Director and Chairperson at Springvale Community Aid and Advice Bureau (2007-2015), and Director of Corporate Services at the City of Greater Dandenong (2002-2007). Hepburn has held multiple managing director positions in various companies, including Alora Aberdeen Hire and Nettlefold Outdoor Advertising. An education background includes an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Monash University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
