Shane Deitz

Shane Deitz currently serves as the Head Coach of the West Indies Women's Cricket Team with Cricket West Indies since September 2023. Prior to this role, Shane was the Head Coach for the Netherlands Women's Cricket Team from March 2021 to September 2023. Experience includes positions as CEO, National Coach, and High Performance Manager with the Vanuatu Cricket Association from October 2014 to March 2021, and Head Coach of the Bangladesh Women's National Cricket Team from October 2013 to May 2014. Additionally, Shane worked as a High Performance Coach at Cricket Wellington from October 2008 to April 2013 and played as a cricketer for the South Australian Cricket Association from 1998 to 2008.
