Bryan Kant

Bryan Kant is a seasoned audit professional with a strong background in internal audit, financial advisory, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Cricut since July 2021, Bryan has previously held senior positions at Protiviti as an Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Senior Manager and at EY as an Advisory Manager. Bryan's expertise encompasses internal audit processes, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, IT general controls, and process improvement. Bryan began gaining practical experience as a Business Intern at Santee Cooper, where contributions included developing a comprehensive energy efficiency program and conducting extensive research. Bryan holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Citadel, earned in 2010.
