Derek Bunnell

Derek Bunnell possesses extensive experience in customer care and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Member Care at Cricut since June 2017, Derek has advanced through several roles including Manager of Member Care Knowledge & Projects, Associate Project Manager, Project Leader, and various technical support positions. Prior to Cricut, Derek worked in customer care at Frontier Communications from December 2015 to April 2017 and held the position of Service Coordinator at Discount Tire from August 2012 to October 2014.
