Shelly Patton-Conard has extensive experience as an Operating Engineer, currently serving in that role at Crider & Crider, Inc. since 2011. Previously, Shelly held the same position at Blackwell Construction from July 2005 to April 2011, and served as Pipe Foreman/Operating Engineer at Reynolds, Inc. from March 1997 to September 2003. Shelly's education includes studies at ITT Technical Institute and Ivy Tech Community College.
