Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Operations Technology at Crider Foods since October 2012, Eduardo has previously held roles including Project Engineer/Manager at Ber-Mor from 2010 to January 2014, Engineering Manager at Bumble Bee Foods from October 2004 to March 2011 and again from January 2012 to September 2012, and Maintenance Engineer at Fenwal, Inc. from May 2011 to March 2012. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico, earned between 1998 and 2004.
