Jayamala Sunderaj

Jayamala Sunderaj is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processes, and HR operations. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at Versatile PreMedia Services since April 2023, Jayamala is responsible for preparing HR-related reports, developing company policies, and possessing basic knowledge of labor legislation. Previously, Jayamala held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at CRIF India and i-Process Services India Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included candidate screening, conducting job fairs, documentation, employee grievance handling, and conducting exit interviews. Jayamala holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and completed education under the ICSE board from 2015 to 2017.
