Cyber Security Analyst at CRIF

Daniele Ferla is a Cyber Security Analyst at CRIF since August 2021, with a strong academic foundation in computer engineering and extensive experience in cybersecurity research and development. Previously, Daniele completed a PhD at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, focusing on enhancing security for IoT-based large-scale infrastructures. Daniele has also worked as a Research Fellow on a project evaluating international standards for cyber security in Industrial Control Systems and has experience as a penetration tester at CryptoNet Labs, where vulnerability assessments and tests were conducted across various technological environments. Daniele has held teaching positions, emphasizing knowledge sharing, and has contributed to software development projects, including a program obfuscator and a tool for detecting typosquatting. Educational background includes a Master's degree from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna and a Bachelor's degree from Università di Catania.
