Phil O'Shea

Phil O'Shea is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, governance, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Trustee at The London Institute of Banking & Finance since September 2018, O'Shea has also held multiple leadership roles including Deputy Chair of the National Advisory Group at Crimestoppers Trust and Non-Executive Director at Cayman National Isle of Man Group. Previously, O'Shea was a Lending Services Director at Barclays and a Risk Director at Barclays Private Clients International Limited, among other positions in consultancy and government advisory roles. O'Shea holds an MBA in Financial Services from Sheffield Hallam University and various qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Directors, reflecting a strong commitment to effective governance and risk management.
