Francisco Hernández

Francisco Hernández is an experienced college counselor and account executive, currently serving at Empowerly since January 2023, where personalized college counseling services are provided to high school students and families. Previously, as Lead College Coach at Bümo, impactful relationships with students were fostered to guide them through the college admissions process. Francisco has also held management roles at Eversound, The Buckley School, and High Tech High, focusing on community success, admissions processes, and high school education. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and a Certificate in Leadership in Enrollment Management from the University of Southern California, Francisco has developed a robust skill set in educational support and admissions strategy throughout a diverse career in various educational settings.
