Matthew Bradford

Matthew Bradford is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner at Crimson Panda. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Recruiter with Hays from October 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they served as a Warfare Officer (Lieutenant) with the Royal Navy from October 2015 to January 2021.

Matthew Bradford has a diverse background in recruitment, information technology, and warfare. Matthew is proud to have worked in partnership with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start up enterprises and SMEs to large global businesses and public sector organisations. Matthew's role with Hays primarily consisted of bringing in new recruitment projects, negotiating terms and levels of service with the Clients, managing the recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, editing and placing job advertisements, taking care of building long-term relationships with candidates, and meeting with clients. As a Warfare Officer (Lieutenant) with the Royal Navy, their duties included leading a team of up to 30 personnel in all aspects of warfare including planning and executing operations, training and development, maintenance and upkeep of equipment, and health and safety.

Matthew Bradford attended Bangor Grammar School and Britannia Royal Naval College.
