Jennifer Rohan

Jennifer Rohan, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of pediatrics and psychology. Jennifer is currently an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the same institution from September 2017 to June 2022. Jennifer also holds the position of Director of Psychosocial Clinical Care and Research in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU since September 2017.

Before joining VCU, Dr. Rohan worked at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Jennifer was part of the Department of Urology from September 2016 to August 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Psychology Fellow and Clinical Fellow in Psychology training from September 2015 to August 2016. Jennifer started their career at Boston Children's Hospital as a Psychology Intern and Clinical Fellow from September 2014 to August 2015.

Dr. Rohan also gained experience at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Jennifer worked as a Graduate Research Assistant from September 2010 to August 2014, and earlier as a Clinical Research Coordinator III from June 2007 to September 2010.

Jennifer Rohan, PhD began their education in 2000 at the University of Cincinnati, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Jennifer continued their education at the same institution and received their Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Cincinnati in 2007. Jennifer then pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cincinnati from 2010 to 2015, completing their formal education.
