Sherwood Randolph, LCSW, MDiv, BC-TMH has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they serve as the Clinical Director of the Child Development Clinic at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU. In addition, Sherwood has worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Union University and VCU School of Social Work. Sherwood has also served as a Teen Pastor at Mountain Movers Ministry and as the Owner/Principal Consultant at Just As I Am (JAIA) Clinical Consulting. Sherwood has held multiple roles at Capital Area Health Network, including Behavioral Health Manager and Clinical Therapist. Sherwood has also worked as a Contract Therapist at Virginia Home for Boys and Girls. Furthermore, Sherwood has served as an Adjunct Faculty at Bryant & Stratton College - Richmond. Sherwood has held positions at Intercept Health as both a TDT Regional Program Coordinator and a TDT Clinical Program Coordinator. Lastly, Sherwood has worked at Virginia Home for Boys and Girls as an Intensive Care Coordinator and a Clinical Therapist.

Sherwood Randolph, LCSW, MDiv, BC-TMH received their Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008. Sherwood continued their education at the same university and earned their Master's Degree in Social Work in 2010. In 2013, Sherwood enrolled at Virginia Union University and completed a Master's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies in 2016.

Additionally, Sherwood has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the Virginia Department of Health Professions. In 2017, they achieved the designation of Mental Health First Aid Instructor from MHFA USA. Sherwood also obtained certification in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) USA in the same year. Most recently, in 2021, Sherwood became a Licensed & Ordained Minister in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
