Andreea Rusu

Andreea Rusu is an Associate Solicitor at Cripps, specializing in corporate advisory and transactional work, including acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructuring since May 2022. Previously, Andreea was a Trainee Solicitor at The Jonathan Lea Network from October 2019 to April 2022, starting as a paralegal and managing files while supporting senior solicitors in various practice areas. As a corporate and commercial paralegal, Andreea focused on SEIS & EIS investment rounds, commercial contracts, technology and intellectual property, and company law. Other experience includes a legal internship at The London Solicitors and a role as a Legal Advisor at SC DANIEL ASIST SRL, alongside involvement with ICANN as a NextGen Ambassador and Delegate.
