Moya Faulkner

Moya Faulkner is an experienced legal professional with a focus on commercial dispute resolution. Currently serving as Legal Director at Cripps since November 2019, Moya specializes in litigation within the Commercial Dispute Resolution Team. Prior to this role, Moya was a Principal Associate at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, where the practice included general commercial and niche international trade matters. Moya's legal career began at Royds Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor, followed by positions as a Solicitor at Sutherland (Europe) LLP and Arbis LLP. Moya holds a LPC from The University of Law and a BA in Law with North American Studies from the University of Sussex.
