Ibrar Malik

Ibrar Malik currently serves as the Deep Learning Lead and Deep Learning Developer at Crisalix since January 2021. Additionally, Ibrar is a lecturer in MLOps for the Postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence with Deep Learning at UPC School, starting March 2024. As a PhD student at IRI - Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial from March 2023 to August 2024, Ibrar focuses on robust human 3D reconstruction with neural fields. Previous experience includes a role as a Junior Data Scientist at Softonic from September 2019 to February 2020. Academic qualifications comprise a Bachelor's degree in Data Science and Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2017-2021), a Master's degree in Computer Vision from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2021-2022), and an exchange semester in Data Science at EPFL (2020-2021).
