Madhu Kommalapati has over 15 years of experience in technology leadership and product development, primarily with CRISIL Limited from December 2007 to November 2022, where roles included Director IT and Head of Products Technology, focusing on GBA Transformation, product development, and cloud applications. Madhu also held positions as Director, Associate Director specializing in graph databases, Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Hibernate and Java, and Software Engineer through contracting roles. Additionally, experience at IBM from April 2012 to February 2017 involved serving as a Technical Lead, utilizing Java and Spring Framework, as well as acting as Staff Application Development Analyst responsible for credit card origination systems for the first bank of Australia.
