Sweta Mehta

Sweta Mehta is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and team management. Currently serving as the Campus & Global Recruitment Lead at CRISIL Limited since March 2016, Sweta drives recruitment initiatives across various business units and manages the Mobility program for both international and domestic locations. Prior to this role, Sweta worked as a Recruitment Specialist at MSCI Inc., overseeing the entire talent acquisition process and collaborating closely with business managers. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Leader for Recruitment in Investment Banking at Black-Turtle, handling recruitment for major accounts in the BPO and BFSI sectors, and working as an HR Consultant at Lionbridge. Sweta holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Center Of Distance Learning.
