Andrew Horton Mpa

Andrew Horton, MPA, currently serves as the Economic Mobility Process Manager at Crisis Assistance Ministry, a position held since July 2018, where responsibilities include leading team processes, training new team members, and ensuring consistent service delivery for individuals facing financial challenges. Prior to this role, Andrew held several positions at Lutheran Social Services of Indiana from January 2017 to July 2018, including Crisis Intervention Program Manager and Economic Mobility Specialist, and served as Financial Stability Coordinator at Indiana Professional Management Group, Inc. from July 2015 to December 2016. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Urban Management and Policy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
