Previous roles include Controller at IGM Resins and Financial Analyst at The Dow Chemical Company, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, budgeting, and cost accounting for multiple manufacturing facilities. Jim’s career began as Controller at Mill-Power Supply Company and progressed through various financial positions, demonstrating a strong background in both leadership and operational finance. Jim holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
