Susan Neal possesses extensive experience in volunteer management and social services, with a career spanning several decades. At Crisis Assistance Ministry since November 1998, Susan has held various roles, including Volunteer Manager of Individuals, focusing on recruitment and volunteer hour tracking, and Volunteer and Training Manager, responsible for training volunteers and new staff in the Housing & Financial Stability program. Previous positions include Casework Supervisor and Intake Supervisor, where Susan supervised volunteers and managed customer service functions. Prior experience at Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services included a role as Casework Supervisor.
