Kelcie Parra

Kelcie Parra, SHRM-CP, LSS, is currently the Executive Director at Crisis House and Vice President of Finance on the Board of Directors for The Human Dignity Foundation. Additionally, Kelcie serves as a Community Advisory Board Member for The San Diego Union-Tribune. Previously, Kelcie held leadership positions including Deputy Executive Director and Director of Philanthropy at San Diego Pride, Senior Director of Employment Services at The Arc of San Diego, and Supervisor for the City of Poway. Early career roles included Development Manager and Manager of Regional Sports at Special Olympics Southern California, Volunteer Coordinator for San Diego IndieFest, and instructional roles at Lubbock Christian University and Texas Tech University. Kelcie holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences from Texas Tech University.
