Drew McSherry

Drew McSherry has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, Drew worked as a Teacher at Desert Ridge High School, teaching subjects such as Advance Placement Economics and popular music classes. Additionally, they served as a varsity assistant baseball coach. In 2010, they joined Crisis Preparation & Recovery as the Director of Training, where they played a crucial role in staff development and training. Drew then moved up the ranks, working as the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer, before becoming the Deputy CEO and Co-Chief Executive Officer. In 2023, Drew was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Crisis Preparation & Recovery. Alongside their professional career, they also served as a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., a CEO peer advisory and executive coaching organization since 2018.

Drew McSherry holds a Master's degree in Educational Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University. Prior to that, Drew obtained a Post Bachelor's Teaching Certification in Education from Rio Salado College. Additionally, Drew has completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences from Southwestern Adventist University. Furthermore, Drew has obtained certification as a Cultural Competency 101 Master Trainer from the Arizona Department of Health Services.
