Jayda Rose Ortiz

Jayda Rose Ortiz, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Recruiter at Crisis Preparation & Recovery since March 2022, where previous roles included Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant. In December 2023, Jayda became President of the SHRM Student Chapter at Arizona State University. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Consulting Internship with FinePoint HR and a Human Resources Consultant role with the Arizona Coalition for Military Families, both in 2024. Jayda's earlier positions include Student Ambassador for Football Recruiting at the University of California, Berkeley, and Vice President of Internal Operations at Paragon Consulting. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, alongside prior studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and a High School Diploma from Betty Fairfax High School.
