Algene Caraulia

AlGene Caraulia has a diverse work experience spanning from 1983 to the present. AlGene started their career as a Professional Facilitator/Consultant at Crisis Prevention Institute in Brookfield, WI from 1983 to 1986. AlGene then moved on to work as a Shift Commander and Training Manager at the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department in Cleveland, OH from 1989 to 1997. Caraulia then founded and operated their own corporation, Administar, Inc., specializing in organizational and project management, training and development, and event consulting from 1985 to 2005.

In 2005, they joined University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, OH as an Organizational Development Professional, where they provided leadership for a system-wide cultural transformation. Caraulia served as the lead communicator for internal branding and also provided leadership and management consulting to various medical centers and facilities within the health system until 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, they worked as the Director of Leadership Development at Rotary Club of Cleveland - Project YESS. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, Caraulia served as a Principal at Aperture Group Consultants, LLC, where they provided carefully planned and implemented change processes for organizations, aiming to maximize profitability, productivity, morale, and quality of work life.

Since 2011, Caraulia has been associated with Crisis Prevention Institute in various roles. AlGene started as the Executive Director of Operations from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Vice President of Training, and since December 2019, they have been the Vice President of Integration and Sustainability.

AlGene Caraulia completed their high school education at Lakewood High School. After completing their high school diploma, they pursued higher education at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. They earned an MBA in Executive Management from 2008 to 2010. In 2014, AlGene Caraulia attended the Center for Creative Leadership for an unspecified program. Additionally, they have obtained a certification by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) called SPHR, but the exact year of obtaining this certification is not provided.
