Mohit Agarwal

Mohit Agarwal has a strong background in data engineering and architecture. Mohit is currently the Director of Insight Engineering at Crisis Prevention Institute. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Data Engineer at Northwestern Mutual from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2020, Mohit was the Data Asset Lead at Johnson Controls, where they were responsible for leading a global team in delivering data assets for multiple business units. Before that, they held various roles at MGIC from 2003 to 2018, including Solutions Architect and Senior Data Architect, where they specialized in database architecture, performance tuning, ETL development, and table design. Mohit began their career as a Senior Consultant at New Resources Consulting in 1996.

Mohit Agarwal completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1994 to 1996. In August 2019, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
