Phoenix Hill possesses extensive experience in crisis intervention, human resources, and behavioral support. Currently serving as Supervisor of 211 Operations at Solari, Inc. since April 2016, Phoenix utilizes crisis assessment skills to assist community members. As an active member of the Project Management Institute and Vice President of Member Development for SHRM, ongoing professional involvement is evident. Through an independent contracting role at Third iRise HR, functionality across all HR areas is managed, including payroll and talent management. Previous roles encompass consulting, behavior technician responsibilities, and facilitating workshops for the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs. An educational background includes a BBA in Managerial Science from Georgia State University and a Master’s in Project Management.
