Candice Fletcher-Pacheco has extensive experience in development, marketing, and consulting roles within various organizations, including Crisis Services, Gay and Lesbian Youth Services of WNY, and Worker Bee Industries, Inc. Candice has also served as a board member for organizations such as Adoption STAR, Massachusetts Avenue Project, and Compass House Emergency Shelter and Resource Center. Candice holds a Master of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Area, Ethnic, Cultural, Gender, and Group Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, Candice has a Certificate of Distinction in Women, Leadership, and Social Change from Agnes Scott College.
