Kulwa Apara

Kulwa Apara is an experienced professional in the mental health and public health sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Family Education & Resource Center at the Mental Health Association of Alameda County since August 2022. In addition, Kulwa Apara holds the position of Bilingual Crisis Support Supervisor at Crisis Support Services of Alameda County and has acted as the Chief Executive Officer of Deep Roots Health Consortium, a global health consulting firm, since March 2020. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington and Therapeutic House Manager at Catholic Charities of the East Bay.
