Leah C.

Leah C. is an experienced professional with a strong background in clinical supervision, crisis intervention, and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Supervision and People Experience at Crisis Text Line since April 2020, Leah oversees a team of 15 remote crisis clinicians and manages programs aimed at staff engagement, resilience, and clinical education. Previous roles include leadership positions at ANN INC and Talbots, where Leah excelled in operational management, talent acquisition, and customer experience. Leah holds a Post-Degree Certificate in Clinical Supervision and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Geneva College.
