Lori Bishop

Lori Bishop, SCP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People Operations at Crisis Text Line since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lori was the Chief People Officer at PCI from 2019 to April 2024, where significant organizational transformations were implemented. Previous positions include Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Chief Workforce Officer at Parkland Hospital, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and Global Vice President of Human Resources at Dynata. Lori's extensive experience also encompasses roles at MONI Smart Security, Balfour & Co, and Dr Pepper Snapple Group, focusing on talent acquisition, HR strategy, and organizational development. Lori holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Texas.
