Dion Hagenaar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dion started their career as a Faculty Manager at AthenaStudies in 2015 and then went on to work as a Teaching Assistant at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they also served as the MSc International Management / CEMS Ambassador. In 2018, Dion worked as a Student Consultant at Uber and as an Account Strategist Intern at Facebook. Dion then joined A.T. Kearney in 2019 as a Business Analyst Intern before moving to Gain.pro as a Private Equity Intelligence Analyst. From 2020 to 2022, Dion worked at McKinsey & Company, first as a Business Analyst and then as an Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Product Owner at Crisp, where they are responsible for bringing fresh, seasonal, and affordable food to families all over the Netherlands.

Dion Hagenaar has a strong educational background. Dion obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in International Management/CEMS from both CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 2017, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Università Bocconi as part of their master's program. Prior to their master's degree, Dion completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2017. Dion also participated in an exchange program at HKUST Business School in 2016 as part of their bachelor's degree. Dion's academic journey began at Erasmiaans Gymnasium from 2008 to 2014, where they completed their VWO in Natuur & Gezondheid. In addition to their formal education, Dion Hagenaar has also obtained certifications in the Goethe-Zertifikat B1 from the Goethe-Institut e.V. in February 2019 and the TOEFL iBT with an impressive score of 114 out of 120 in September 2015.
