Joeri de Graaf

Joeri de Graaf has a diverse work experience, starting with an ongoing role as Product Owner Operations at Crisp since March 2022. Before that, they worked at MakerLab as an Experiment Designer from October 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Joeri was with Swapfiets, where they held the position of Project Manager Service Optimization from January 2019 to October 2020, focusing on improving operational and service excellence. Joeri also worked as a Technical Innovator at Swapfiets from January 2018 to December 2018. Earlier in their career, Joeri was a Graduate Intern Product Design at Swapfiets from March 2017 to November 2017, where they explored the application of IoT to the service. Joeri started their professional journey as an Industrial Design Intern at Pezy Group from September 2016 to February 2017, gaining experience in various design projects such as packaging design, visual prototypes, and augmented reality.

Joeri de Graaf pursued their education at Delft University of Technology. From 2010 to 2014, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Industrial Design Engineering. Following this, from 2014 to 2017, they went on to obtain their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Integrated Product Design from the same university.
