Mandy Williams

Mandy Williams, MHA, is the Program Director of HIE Strategy at CRISP Shared Services, responsible for managing the development and implementation of health information exchange (HIE) initiatives. They previously served as Project Manager at CRISP and Leap Orbit, overseeing various health IT projects, including SDoH referrals and provider directory initiatives. Mandy also contributes as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, teaching courses on process and quality improvement in health information technology. They hold a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness from Frostburg State University.
